& Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "phplush" / "the Platform" / "the Operator" — refers to phplush Casino, accessible at phplush.one, including all games, services, features, and content made available on the platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any natural person who registers an account on phplush and uses any part of the platform.
• "Account" — the personal registered account created by the Player on phplush, containing balance, personal details, transaction history, and account settings.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's phplush Account for use in real-money wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits awarded by phplush that are subject to wagering requirements and are separate from the Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, requiring the Player to submit identity documents before withdrawals are enabled.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that oversees gaming regulation in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" — the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to PAGCOR regulations, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under local law.

To register and use phplush, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not accessing phplush from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful under local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently suspended from phplush or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of a phplush employee or associated service provider.
• You are registering solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

phplush reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any Account found to be registered or operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities as required by PAGCOR regulations.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on phplush. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, phplush requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS card, or COMELEC Voter's ID).
• A current selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) registered to the Account (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or Maya wallet showing your registered name and number), where required.

phplush may request additional documentation at its discretion, including proof of source of funds, for enhanced due diligence purposes in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering law.

All financial transactions on phplush are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phplush accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT, subject to availability. Deposits are credited to your Account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. phplush is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems or network issues.

Withdrawals. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name and linked to your phplush Account.
• Any active Bonus Balance subject to wagering requirements must be fully resolved (forfeited or met) before the corresponding Real Money Balance can be withdrawn.
• phplush reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds under PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations.
• phplush targets processing of verified withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets within minutes; however, processing times are subject to system availability and provider response times and are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a phplush deposit without prior written consent from phplush constitutes a breach of these Terms. phplush reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately upon notification of any chargeback and to recover all costs associated with the chargeback process.

phplush may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional offer. Where not explicitly stated, the default wagering requirement is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the phplush Casino Bonus Centre.
• phplush reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these terms, including but not limited to: claiming a bonus for which the Player is not eligible, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting any promotional error.
• Bonus offers have expiry periods. A Bonus Balance that is not used within the stated validity window will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Withdrawing your Real Money Balance while a Bonus Balance remains active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings, subject to the specific promotional terms.

phplush reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing opt-ins are honoured under the terms in place at the time of opt-in.

All games available on phplush use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical gaming equipment, as applicable. Game outcomes are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. phplush does not modify, adjust, or interfere with game outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on your device and the outcome recorded in phplush's server logs, the server log shall be the authoritative record.

Game malfunctions — whether caused by software errors, network interruptions, or hardware failures — void all affected bets and pays. phplush will make reasonable efforts to resolve any game malfunction in a timely manner and to refund affected wagers where technically possible.

phplush reserves the right to void any bet that it determines was placed in error, as a result of a technical error, or in a manner that exploits a known or unknown software vulnerability. Winnings derived from exploited vulnerabilities will be voided and forfeited, and the associated Account may be suspended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phplush and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other platform process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including but not limited to coordinated play in live dealer poker or baccarat.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing activity in violation of Philippine law.
• Accessing phplush from a Prohibited Jurisdiction and misrepresenting your location to circumvent access controls.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software glitch, or pricing discrepancy for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phplush staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals.

phplush provides the following responsible gaming controls, accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits — set maximum loss thresholds per session or per period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Check Alerts — periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay showing time elapsed and net position.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily restrict access to the Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude your Account from phplush. Self-exclusion requests are permanent and will not be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of activation.

phplush strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years at registration and KYC. If a Player suspects that a minor has gained access to their Account, they must contact phplush support immediately.

All content on the phplush platform — including but not limited to the phplush name, logo, trade dress, software, game content, graphics, text, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phplush or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phplush platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any phplush content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law:

• phplush is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• phplush is not liable for losses resulting from network outages, internet service provider failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment system delays that are outside phplush's reasonable control.
• phplush is not liable for gambling losses incurred on the platform. All wagering decisions are made voluntarily by the Player and are at the Player's sole risk.
• phplush's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their phplush Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits phplush's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

phplush reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after request.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity.
• Chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute initiated by the Player against a phplush deposit.
• Player's request for voluntary self-exclusion or cooling-off period.
• Requirement under PAGCOR regulation or Philippine law.

Upon termination of an Account, any Real Money Balance remaining — after deduction of outstanding bonus wagering obligations and any amounts subject to dispute — will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting phplush support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their formation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

phplush operates within the regulatory framework overseen by PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that by using the platform, they are subject to applicable Philippine gaming laws and any directions issued by PAGCOR with respect to the regulation of the platform.

phplush reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a notice displayed prominently on the platform upon login.

Your continued use of the phplush platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and contact phplush support to request Account closure.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically.
